Every call answered. Every chair filled.
Your front desk can’t answer every call. Dentyx can. It plugs into the setup you already have, books patients around the clock, and recovers the revenue that used to disappear into voicemail.
Built for the dental front desk
Six jobs your phone has to do. Dentyx does all of them, on the first ring.
Answers 24/7
Nights, weekends and lunch hours. Unlimited calls at once — nobody waits on hold.
Books into your PMS
Real openings from your live column, written back before the call ends.
Triages emergencies
Pages your on-call dentist and holds the slot, following the protocol you wrote.
Answers insurance
Coverage, direct billing and price ranges — never an exact quote.
Books whole families
Four appointments, right providers, back to back, in one call.
Works recalls
Six-month lists, confirmations and cancellations refilled — every week.
It listens before it speaks
Dentyx shadows your real calls first and drafts what it would have said. Your team approves the voice, then you forward the line — all of it, or just overflow and after-hours.
A missed call is a booked chair somewhere else
What are missed calls costing you?
Assumes a quarter of missed calls are new patients and half of those book elsewhere. Move the sliders to match your practice.

Frequently asked questions
A practice management system we can connect to — Dentitek, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or Curve — plus your scheduling rules, after-hours protocol and the greeting you want patients to hear. Most practices are live in five days, and Dentyx shadows real calls before it answers on its own.
No. It takes the calls nobody has time for — hours, parking, insurance, rescheduling, recalls — so your team can look after the patient standing at the desk. Anything clinical or unusual goes to a human, and every call is transcribed to the chart.
It follows the protocol you write. Swelling, trauma, avulsion and post-op bleeding page the on-call dentist immediately and hold your emergency slot. Dentyx gives aftercare steps you approve in advance — it does not diagnose or give clinical advice.
No. You keep your carrier and your number — Bell, Vidéotron, Telus or a VoIP line. Setup is a call-forwarding rule we configure with you on day one: send everything, or only what rings out after four rings and whatever arrives after hours.
It transfers to whoever you nominate, and it warms the transfer — your team hears who is on the line and why before the patient is bridged in. Outside opening hours it takes a detailed message, and pages the on-call dentist when your emergency rules say to.
Every one of them. Fifty callers at 9am on a Monday all get answered on the first ring — no queue, no hold music. That Monday spike is why most practices start with overflow rather than after-hours.
Your choice, and you can change it any week. Most practices start with after-hours and overflow, read the transcripts for a month, then move more of the day onto it once they trust what it says.
In Canadian data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest, segregated per practice. Retention defaults to 24 months and is configurable. Every call opens with a recording notice in the caller's language.
Your next patient is calling right now
Every unanswered ring is a booked chair somewhere else. Start free for 7 days — most practices cover the cost with two saved appointments.

How the billing works
Real calls, real bookings, your own rules. Nothing is charged, and cancelling before the end costs nothing.
Start monthly at $499. Move to annual at $449 once the schedule proves it — $600 back a year, switchable at any renewal.
None. Onboarding and script tuning are included, and calls are never metered. Two hundred calls or two thousand cost the same.
It stops at the next billing date. No notice period, no exit fee, and every recording and transcript exports in full.
Built in Montréal, answering in twenty-odd languages
A busy practice misses roughly one call in four, and most of those callers never ring back. We built the receptionist that doesn't miss.
Dentistry only
One vertical, done properly — not a generic call bot that can't tell a scaling from a sealant.
Multilingual by default
English and French, plus 20+ more languages in the same call — the way our market actually speaks.
Your protocol, followed
You write the rules, Dentyx follows them, and every correction becomes permanent.
Why a dental receptionist, and not a general one
The phone is the practice's front door
A dental practice doesn't lose patients on its website. It loses them on a Tuesday at 12:40, when the line rings out and the caller tries the next clinic on the list. Everything we build starts from that moment.
Scheduling is the hard part
Anyone can put an appointment in a calendar. Getting the provider, operatory, appointment type and length right — and knowing a family wants back-to-back slots — is what separates a booking your team keeps from one they have to fix.
A wrong answer costs more than a missed call
So Dentyx is built to stop rather than guess. It gives ranges instead of quotes, follows a written protocol instead of judging urgency, and hands any caller to a human the moment they ask.
Your corrections are permanent
When it gets something wrong, you tell us once. The fix is written into your practice's rules, not relearned each month, and you can read exactly what it says before a patient hears it.
How we handle patient information
Canadian data centres
Audio and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest, segregated per practice, with a default retention of 24 months you can shorten.
Consent on every call
Each answered call opens with a recording notice in the caller's language, as Québec's Law 25 and provincial health privacy rules require.
The practice stays the custodian
You own the recordings and the transcripts. Dentyx is the service provider, and everything exports in full whenever you ask.
Clinical decisions stay with you
Dentyx is an administrative tool. It doesn't diagnose, it doesn't give clinical advice, and it doesn't decide urgency on its own.
Talk to Dentyx
A live voice agent. Allow your microphone, ask about hours or insurance, or book an appointment.
The agent can't run inside this preview
Preview sandboxes block third-party frames that request microphone access. Launch it in its own window — it works normally there, and embeds fine once this page is hosted on your own domain.
Book the demo by talking to it
Tell Dentyx what your practice runs on and when you're free — it books the demo while you hear how it handles a patient.
- ✓20 minutes, screen share optional
- ✓We connect a test line to your schedule
- ✓You keep the call recording

What we handle
Dentyx processes call audio, transcripts, caller numbers and appointment details on behalf of the dental practice operating the line. The practice is the custodian of that information; Dentyx is the service provider.
Where it lives
Audio and transcripts are stored in Canadian data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest. Retention defaults to 24 months and can be shortened per practice.
Consent
Every answered call opens with a recording notice in the caller's language, as required under Québec's Law 25 and applicable provincial health privacy legislation.
Patient rights
Patients may request access to or deletion of their recordings through the practice. Requests are honoured within 30 days.
